Please note that if you are booking a place on a Bron Y Graig Retreat, please refer to the 'Retreat Policies' which apply to your booking. Otherwise, if you are booking a room or rooms at Bron Y Graig Guest House, the policies below apply to your booking.

Our Policies

Check In and Check Out Times

Earliest check in is 3.00pm.
Latest check in is 8.00pm, unless by prior arrangement.
We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am.

Pets

Dogs are charged at an additional £15 for up to two dogs per stay

Children

I’m afraid we do not accept children under 10 years of age.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking within the building

Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Debit Card

CANCELLATION POLICY
We take payment on arrival. Cancellations are currently allowed without penalty until four days before arrival - thereafter you are liable for full payment. We accept most major debit and credit cards (not American Express). We no longer accept cheques. With any late cancellation requests, if we can re-let the room at the same rate and for the period booked then costs will be refunded.
